Hyatt Place London City East

Everything was good. Staff were very nice. People here are complaining about the location not being safe but I had no problems walking around both during the day and night. I guess it's because it's the typical muslim area. Not to worry. Importantly, we forgot a wallet with documents and money in the safe, and the staff were very professional in handling the situation; the wallet was sent to our home back in our home country. The Front Office Manager was very very kind in solving this issue.

I've stayed here a number of times and I keep coming back for a reason... I love this place! The staff are just so good - so pleasant, helpful and friendly. They have always made the extra effort every time, it really makes a difference. And I just feel so comfortable every time I stay here. The restaurant and bar are great as well. I love the beds, and the TV is good for casting your own content to. I love the location because Brick Lane and Whitechapel are like a second home to me, so staying here is very convenient when I'm in London for work. Thank you Hyatt and all the team at Hyatt Place for another great stay :)

The location is very convenient since it is very close to the underground and not too far from the train station. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning as there were many options to choose from. The staff members were very kind as well :)

The hotel had a good atmosphere; the room was clean and tidy, it also had a nice view and nice toiletries available; the ability to self check out was very helpful; it’s located in a good area, with tube stations nearby and close to Shoreditch, an area with very good restaurants and cool shops. But what really made our stay at the Hyatt great was the kindness and care of the staff! I was in London to celebrate my birthday and the staff made sure I had a really warm welcome, they even gave me some sweets in celebration of this event <3 My stay at the Hyatt really helped me enjoy this special occasion! Next time I plan to be in London, I will definitely try to stay with them again ;)

Great location if you want to stay in East End. The staff were fabulous and especially Harry who is responsible for dining in the evening. will be definitely returning when in London.
